I couldn’t think what to post for this week’s challenge, then I realised that I see these two buildings every day…
An abandoned bungalow in my village, it looks so sad.
And this delightful edifice is what I can see outside my window while I am at work. I have looked at this building for well over 15 years and people wonder why I am fed up working here!!!
Bonjour Nancy
Nice pictures – There should just be the hint of somebody or something in that broken window.
Regards
Dan

Ha! Yes, you are right Dan, although I think I would have freaked out if I had seen anything in the window. Also, I couldn’t get close enough to get a different angle or reflection…unless I sneak in….

Aw, sad bungalow! Old abandoned buildings bring up such a range of feelings… it’s always interesting when you’re driving out in the middle of nowhere, down a highway, and see these old crumbling buildings on the roadside. You just know they are full of stories.

Yes Aussa, you are so right, I always wonder what the story is and why nobody lives in these old buildings anymore. This bungalow has been empty forever and it’s a shame as the plot of land it’s on is pretty huge, it could be so nice.
But hey, you see the other picture of the view out of my office window and now you’ll understand completely why I am on the internet all day!!
